DUPLEX FACILITIES

Wadeville

The total area of our Wadeville branch amounts to 8000m² of which consists of 2500m² of undercover painting area, 5000m² open lay down area, 180m² undercover blast room, 60m² secondary blast room and 260m² of office/stores, all equipped with the latest systems, such as high volume blasting and painting equipment. The facility is served with 2 overhead cranes, 1 12 ton mobile crane and 1 7 ton forklift. This facility allows Duplex Coatings to handle +-200 Tonnes/month. This is however dependent on steel complexity.



Anderbolt

Our Anderbolt facility is equipped with 9 overhead cranes varying from 5 ton to 64 ton lifting capacity. The cranes have an under hook height of 11 meters. This facility also has a 20 ton mobile crane available, as well as 6 forklifts varying from 3 ton to 7 ton capacity.
